I imagined what it would have been like to custom design a necklace for my mother. She would have loved EVERYTHING I suggested. (((Oh, that sounds nice! Yes, I'd like that too! Ooo isn't that pretty!))) Because that's just how she was. Linda's Joy Necklace is everything I love: stone beads, soft suede, a stunning focal stone, and a shimmery tassel in soft colors that bring out the stones’ natural beauty. Because that's what I would have offered my mom, and she always loved a little bit of everything. :)

The gemstones I use are genuine. Sometimes I add the word “genuine” to the description for stones that are very often faked (like turquoise, jade, and malachite). The metals I use are lead and nickel free, and the most hypoallergenic option will always be steel.

All of my handmade pieces should be protected from moisture, which means not wearing them in the shower, while exercising, or in other conditions that could damage natural materials.
